Her flight could be troublesome, but you suspect her control of her weapon would be more awkward off the ground. Worst comes to worst, you could survive a handful of direct strikes without much risk of serious injury, even though it wouldn't be at all pleasant. Cirno, on the other hand, being a fairy, could probably only take a limited amount of damage before she poofs. A well-aimed kunai throw might even be able to end the fight in a single hit.
