anyway wow so Equius pretty much just let it happen because he enjoyed it, basically (plus his hardwired OBEY THE HIGHBLOOD thing which may or may not be directly related)

I mean we all know he likes that kind of thing and he was smiling at the end

but in any case I guess that doesn't really matter, he's dead. Unless his dreamself is miraculously not dead and someone gets around to smooching him fairly soon. But we're fairly sure all the troll dreamselves died anyway sooo

You forget. Equius is kinda really pathetic in that he's 100dicrously psycophantic to the highb100ds. So this is to be expected.

That makes me think if there's any sort of relation to Feferi dying on the horn pile (Since you know, she was the one most attuned to the Horrorterrors) and Gamzee flipping out.

Some thoughts from my neck of the woods:

1. Vriska's gonna be pissed at Gamzee, because how can everyone CHEER HER AS A HERO if they're all dead?
2. She'll be pissed at Eridan, for much the same reason.
3. If Eridan does get to Jack, pretty much the best thing that happens is Jack 'splodes him. "I mean seriously, what did you expect to happen."
4. ... though there's pretty much no way this wouldn't tip off Jack to where the trolls are hiding.
5. There is some hope after the hopesplode -- Kanaya has apparently alchemized the Matriorb with some sort of chainsaw (as seen for a split second in "[S] Make Her Pay" but presumably someone went and decompiled the damn thing and got it more directly because there's images on the wiki). Which means the Captchalogue code might be around somewhere for them to recreate it ...

After last night I was figuring I would come home and see Nepeta get her one scratch and then be dead. Turns out she didn't even get the scratch, Gamzee did it himself.

I have abandoned the notion that any good troll besides Karkat will survive. (I fully expect Vriska to kill Aradia.)
