You head by the Town Square. Many people bustle about around here. A man yelling about the thief comes up to you and hands you a flyer. On it, you see an artist's rendition of the thief. A tall, imposing figure with sharp teeth and wings.

The flyer warns citizens to lock up goods and stay indoors, report sightings to authorities, yada yada.... At the bottom, you notice that the reward was increased by 100 coins.

There's a fountain in the center of town square that people toss coins in for good luck. People hanging around here are either socializing or spreading the news.

You head back to your tree house and it turns dark by the time you reach it. Tear greets you happily upon your arrival.

"Sure," she chirps and hands one over to you.

The charms are paper, but with red borders and strange insignias on each one. They look somewhat familiar.

The only shrine you know is the Hakurei Shrine, and you don't recall seeing these or anything for sale there. The shrine maiden might have some knowledge of the charms however.
