I can second the photo thing though. It says a lot about the skills of a photographer whether they can take a picture of a person with glasses without getting reflections.
I can do it, I just have to do it in an environment where there's sufficient lighting around that I don't have to use flash (tbh I don't like it much anyway). The irony of this is that when I take photos, I don't really have to wear glasses, since my lenses do the focusing for me-- so I wear
sunglasses when I take photos, for some bizarre-as-hell reason :V
Though, in class, I pretty much always have to wear glasses. I sit too far away to be able to see the board at the front of the class very well. :<
That said, I'll take glasses over contacts any day. Contacts are creepy as all-get-out. :S
On-topic, I think I have a budding kegadoru fetish. :S Yeah, I don't get it either, but for some reason all the sketches I've done lately are of characters wrapped in bandages. I don't like the bandage over the eye thing, though; facial trauma scares me :ohdear: I think it may have something to do with me being wrapped in bandages for a few days (right now, I have them on my ankles, knees, and wrists), but I'm not quite sure...
