Alice is dressed like little Red Hood.Marisa is a nun.Reimu is the bad girl and the cause of all incidents. Yuyuko is alive and the Saigyou Ayakashi is actually a little bonsai tree.

Since I'm too lazy to really do any, Rinnosuke would be a hardline communist, obsessively making sure that everyone in Gensokyo received the same portion of goods from the outer world.

- fairies would be replaced by tanks, ships or something similar
- stages would be longer, boss fights would be smaller, and the player would have to move across the screen instead of mostly micrododging
- Touhou would have faster attacks than Psikyo games and have innovative features that other shmups would use/tweak
- the majority of Touhou fans would care about score
- the other majority of Touhou fans would care about the fighters' competitive potential and dismiss IaMP as not having enough gameplay depth
- the HARDEST BOSS EVER would be from Touhou, and Rob's Pro Reviews would feature it as well
- Phantasm Romance 2.5 Plus would be the worst Danmakufu game of all time

The main characters would be Rin Satsuki and Mima. Fans would incessantly yell "IS MARISA GONNA BE IN THE NEXT ONE!? IS MARISA GONNA BE IN THE NEXT ONE!?" every single time a new game was announced, and Theorin would be Theoreimu.
