IN Spell cards

For The Last Word No.211 it says that the requirements are to clear 15 cards or more using cleared sum of all characters.
What does that mean??
With the reimu pair i've cleared way more than 15.
So how do I unlock No.211??

i got confused.....
u just have to fight the last spells(the bonus ones) by collecting time orbs
