So, for whomever wants to torture me, who should I do next in SA for stage 4 unlock? Marisa A or Marisa B? I have bad memories of both.

I found both Patchouli's and Alice's cards pretty easy, especially Alice's. I don't know how bad it is outside of Normal, but I personally think Return Inanimateness is one of the easiest, outside of Straw Doll Kamikaze and Mercury Poison.

Spring Clusterfuck is bad initially, but seems to get easier once you pass the initial bullet bum rush. Straw Doll just tests your ability to lead bullets, and Return distracts you with explosions but really is just dodging slow round bullets from all sides.

Mercury Poison requires much less movement than it looks and can get hectic the longer the card goes, Princess Undine is pretty much a superpowered pre-spellcard Cirno attack from EoSD (anyone notice that? O_o), and Philosopher's stone is no-nonsense grab bag bullet dodging. I'm not familiar with the rest.
