Could anyone tell me what's written in the window of that program? I think my lack of understanding may be what I'm missing to make it work right.

EDIT:

I got a screenshot in case any japanese speaker that doesn't have the program could help with the numbered spots.

I got some answers from Gamefaqs.

A poster called Orsted replied:
1. The WAV file you're trying to replace (original song will be kept if left empty)
2. Loop starting point
3. Hexadecimal mode (in terms of bytes)
4. Song ending point
5. Second(s)
6. Data save location (do not choose the game install folder)
7. Create a song title file for the Touhou phonograph

And a poster called Rakesus edited the image I used, so I'll post it too:

Now let's hope I can use it right.

Another tidbit:
If you plan on changing the soundtrack for EoSD, use Ver.2.01 of the BGMChanger.

Another tidbit:
If you plan on changing the soundtrack for EoSD, name the files properly and slap them in a "bgm" directory

Drake, I already tried that. It doesn't work.
