At first, you thought she was after the humans, but it turned out that her emotions were unstable because she had lost her Mask of Hope. You hear that Miko tried making a new mask for her, but she rejected it. Mamizou was the one who tipped you off to the Kokoro's location, and appears to have taken her under her wing. Right now, Kokoro seems to be doing fine.
