These are 1 frame apart. The one on the right is the first frame after the card finished (and the first frame of invincibility). The one on the left is the last frame of no invincibility. Literally frame perfect O_o

I got Impossible Spell Card and have been having a go at it; of course with all these cheating items I then pull off miraculous dodges without them.

I'm pretty sure you're not supposed to be able to dodge that...

Dodging Yuyuko's false final on lunatic for like 30-40 seconds unfocused to get a border.

... I got it, but with ridiculous dodges. Multiple near misses with the butterflies, etc.

I lost the border nigh immediately :V
If I had focused I think I might've captured it though... but still, worth a chuckle over.

EDIT: And on my lunatic 1cc...

Well, I ended up starting a slight bit above where one of Boss Youmu's waves begin then fly backwards on her first nonspell.
I moved down in fright, and Reimu forgot she had a hitbox.

And later in MoF, Reimu decided not to get hit, even when trapped twice, in stage 3 lunatic.

So, I decided to try SA stage 3 lunatic.

All going (relatively) well and fine until Knock Out in Three Steps.

Dodge first wave, nice.

Have bullet spawn on me in second wave. Not noticing the fact (or not thinking about) the bullets spawned around me, I decided to try being in the middle, hoping my being there would de-spawn the bullets spawning around me.
It didn't, because that would trivialize the attack.

This happened.

Ignore capture rate, used score-file to unlock lunatic stages for pracitce.

I'm not yet much of a Touhou player, having started playing the games only last month. My achievements so far are EoSD Normal 1cc and PCB Normal 1cc, as well as PCB's Extra (just today).

However, having discovered the Dodging like a Boss series, I just know I've already had something for it.

I was going to detonate my Supernatural Border, but ended up inadvertently dodging, unfocused, the whole curtain as well as the final two streams of blue and red bullets. Unfortunately, the rest of the replay is shameful display, as I wasn't even familiar with Ran's spell cards past a certain point (it shows).

I suppose this sorta counts...

Used to play the shit out of PCB on Easy, but never 1CCed it. Always played with Sakuya due to her homing shot, though, so the bigger hitbox made it a bit more painful. Eventually, I quit for a really long time.

Today, I decided to play again for a bit, but I remembered that on at least one computer it ran at half speed without the vsync patch. So I decided to test the game and, on a whim, started with ReimuA.

First of all, ReimuA is also a homing shot, so I had no need to use Sakuya in the first place.

Second, purely as a way of testing my FPS (it's OK in windowed, not sure about fullscreen, haven't checked that yet) I popped the game up on Lunatic for lulz and whims and somehow managed to pass almost all of stage 1 perfectly without dying or bombing... on what is literally my first try in SO many months.

Died twice on Letty Whiterock's final pattern, but meh, it's Lunatic, I expected to die WAY earlier than that cause I usually suck. Not sure if it's luck or if it's rRootage practice paying off.

Not too sure if this is really only for lucky dodges and not for silly challenges as well, kind of something I uploaded a while ago but I made some sort of volume including both. I feel like making a new one sometime

Video I think the next one will be more fun but I honestly should be less forgetful to archive dodges, I've lost quite some due to this.

I unfortunately haven't any replays to show, but I was pulling some very arrogant and risky moves while I attempted to challenge Flandre today. I ended up screwing up the pattern at the beginning of the stage, but somehow managed to pull myself out of it after being pushed dangerously close to the edge. The hype moments unfortunately stop there because I failed before I even made it to Patchouli; no doubt my worst run of the extra stage.

It'd be nice if you actually put in more detail (i.e. which stage, which attack, etc.). I personally think that in such threads, posting as much detail as possible (if possible, with video/replay or photo evidence) greatly helps in understanding your posts.

Anyway, I know this comes super-super-late, but Touhou - Dodging like a boss (if you still remember the video series) is done and over with. Volume 11 is not going to happen. I won't come back to this decision (which I actually took silently several months ago).
