Looking for a place to find pre-made touhou themes, so I have a skeleton to work with, if someone could help me find some "flp" or other FLS-supported files, then thank you.

When you said pre-made TH themes, did you mean the ones from the games?

You can use the midi rip from the TH games themselves. IIRC, ZUN's old midi dump site is still working if you're interested.
