You hear things I don't even notice. I think this is the program's fault, and i should've put some kind of sound effect before that. i forgot to do so, before i released it.
Hnn, probably insert a bit of silence before the music starts. If the program has this "export to wav" type of feature or something, it probably cuts the beginning by 50ms-ish by default.
The old-sounding piano in the end had some problems. The old effect caused some notes to be extremely loud compared to the rest. that can also be heard throughout the rest of the song at some points. im bad at mastering, mainly since im still more of an acoustic player.
No, I think that old piano sound is OK, and that "old-sounding piano in the end" is especially OK.
I think, the problem lies in the master recording volume itself... If there's such option in whatever you're using, decrease it a little
, say, 2db-3db.
But ugh, that "mastering" thing. I think I'm missing that term in my compositions and in my way of judging things o_o
Those unharmonic notes are still the continuation of the melody your heard in the intro. Blame Anunsew.

i used to use 128 because thats what danmakufu can handle. though since im no longer making my music for that i could try using higher bitrates. but i dont really hear a difference...
Oh, Danmakufu does? o_o I didn't know. Well, now that I know...
Muh, if you use one for Danmakufu, make one for listening pleasure! >w<
Like some audiophiles put it, I, too, hear a difference from 128kbps to higher-quality bitrates :3
(I dunno about MP3 VS other lossless codecs, I've yet to listen to such)128kbps adds a nice distortion effect to a synthesized mix, it makes it sound more acoustic as opposed to fidelity bitrates. :3
I dunno. If it's meant for distortion and acoustic-ness, it should've been done at the recording phase, not in the mp3-encoding phase.
...Though I do get your point |3
holy f*ckin **** GIVE THIS MEMBER A PRIZE PEOPLE
i've never seen someone putting so much time in their posts!
*nervous laugh* Aaaahahahah ^_^;; Th-thanks for the concern. I appreciate it. But I don't think I deserve such.
See, I'm not really confident about my habit of posting stuff... I think most people here can post a meaningful but brief statement using only a short amount of time, while my habit is
...well, not so efficient. Sure, I write long posts, because I have this... tendency not to post one-line posts that contains merely "Oh, that's sooo cute! >
////////<"... The content, though, is pretty much all my opinions, a good half or quarter of it asking pardon for or rants about personal this and that...
Wah! Congrats for a well-deserved Artist++++++!! >w<
