PatchCon errors

Heeeeello!

I just installed PatchCon and the English translation.

When I try to run it, I get this error...:

...And when I click okay on that I get this error...:

...And when I click okay on that I get the first error again and so on and so on until I opt to kill the PatchCon window.

I installed all the right Direct X drivers and everything.

Charlatan humbly requests troubleshooting from any kind sirs and madams willing/able to render assistance.
