New rules to the Sector Capture:
1) Servants of B class AGI or above may move up to two sectors from their current position. Servants of lower class can only move one.
2) Masters can only ever move one sector, unless the Servant assists in movement. The Servant, of course, has to be capable of more than 1 sector travel himself.
3) Familiars can be sent for scouting, be it the Master's or Servant's. Speed of familiars has to be deliberated with me. In general, 1 sector=Normal skill with Familiars, 2 sectors=highly skilled if not the main focus of their study, and 3 sectors=the sole ability available to the Master or Servant, honed after several years if not decades. Specific cases and exceptions may exist. Even higher level familiars can only scout one area, though; the areas they travel over to reach their target are not scouted.
Clarifications:
1) If you as a player know it, it does not mean you as a character know it. Player 1 may very well know the identity of Master 2 and Servant 2 due to IRC leaks, but that has no effect on Master 1.
2) If, during actions, you create some plan that would only work with knowledge of something you know but your character does not, I'll let you redo the action. It's mostly going to be unintentional anyway.
3) Going to the Type Moon wikia to learn more on Nasuverse will be extremely useful, especially for Masters who are working out their profiles and magic skill. Things like Thaumaturgical Crests, Origin, and Circuits are very specific to Nasuverse.
4) Watching Carnival Phantasm is a good way to see how the various portions of Nasuverse interact with each other. Watch it.
5) I may start this a bit early, since I'm running out of stuff to prep. My only concern is how we're going to RP out fights and interactions. If anyone has a good method, feel free to mention it. I'm considering anonymous IRC (if that's possible) or some kind of text client.
