Here is the current schedule of access dates and times:
    * August 18 - 16:00 to 23:00 JST (00:00 to 07:00 PDT)
    * August 19 - 18:00 to 23:00 JST (02:00 to 07:00 PDT)
    * August 23 - 16:00 to 23:00 JST (00:00 to 07:00 PDT)
    * August 26 - 16:00 to August 27 - 23:00 JST (August 26 00:00 to August 27 07:00 PDT)
