As you are all no doubt aware by now, the nation of CPMC is in the grips of revolution! And with revolution, there always comes... Opportunity! The great Holy Moerin Empire has been laid low recently, what with the loss of our mighty tilde, heart and... Greater-than and less-than signs. But does this foreshadow our defeat? NO! Our time of weakness ends HERE! If we lack power, we'll simply take it from someone who has power, by force if necessary!
And so, we declare war upon the bloated, corrupt upper-class, those so-called (perhaps rightfully so) "Idiot Maidens"! And with careful deliberation in the most scientific way available to our mighty empire...

...Then again that was just for the additional funds that came in. Realistically... Do you really, really want to know what kind of rule I would enact?
Also, as fun an idea anarchy might sound on paper, like just about every other form of government it's, uh, only really good on paper. So in the end, it is not the form of government that the Imperium Moerinum Sacrum and it's glorious leader, the Grand High Imperial Papal Majestrix Moeko N. Theorist represent. The one thing I can tell you about how we're governed is that it is many times more awesome than any other form of government that you know of! 8) To me, anyway. Eheheh.
