Mirai Nikki. I've been waiting for this ever since the anime was announced and fuck am I loving it. Hell yes animated and voiced Yuuno. <3
I'm kind of worried it'll be only 12 episodes and thus end up getting horribly rushed, though.
W/e, this anime has Yuuno, it auto-wins.

Yeah, Mirai Nikki owns. The first episode didn't have a wasted moment, and very clearly and concisely outlined what the set-up for the entire series is going to be about.

Also, Yuno gets my vote for scariest yandere I've seen so far.¹

though I can name you several better yanderes... ie: School Days's Kotonoha

because it is the normal ones, with no special abilities (like Yuuno), the girls who check your cellphone messages and send you pictures of herself in the nude, who WANTS you to look at them, and NOTHING other than them, who checks your internet usage, sites visited, cache deleted, and goes through your dirty laundry to find stray hair...
then again MANKOTO totally enjoyed his travesty blaise~ didn't he? That said, Yuuno comes in close second in my book, simply because her anime is only now being shown.

I really wanted to like Un-Go, but ... Christ, it was bad. Insufferably bad. Every character was just so wooden and forced and awkward. It was more like watching a marionette show than an anime.

Fortunately, Boku wa Tomodachi ga Sukunai continues to be hilarious. I don't even mind the smattering of fanservice they toss in there. It's a fun comedy that doesn't try too hard to beat you over the head with the "lesson", but it's still got something to say underneath two high school girls calling each other Meat and Witch while the male protag sighs.

So, the show I should like, I found terrible. And a show that I really shouldn't like at all, I'm finding quite enjoyable. It's a surprising season.

I also started watching Boku wa Tomodachi ga Sukunai, and I do enjoy it quite a bit. I was surprised that they were allowed to just use that game's name like that, but whatever. And yeah, the fanservice does feel a bit out of place, but it's acceptable.

Also, I tried watching C³, and just... ugh. I couldn't get more than a few minutes in. Everyone is way too accepting of crap that happens, they open up way too quickly, it goes too fast... They just don't feel like real people. It felt more like a bad fanfiction that a teenage girl would write. =/

Look guys, I know it's hard to translate art on Takeda's level to an animated TV show, but for Christ's sake. Compared to the manga, this show is like the visual equivalent of scraping my nipples with sandpaper. I am cringing at literally every scene.

I think I only saw the first but that was enough to tell me what the rest of this was going to be like. From what I remember, Kira is p.much a story that even R07 thought was too silly to make canon :V

I haven't been watching too much anime anywhere these days (not after Madoka, anyway). Frankly, I'm not really sure what I want to watch now. Eh, in due time, I'll find something to look into, I suppose.

I came by across this which lead me to Melody of Oblivion. I watched two episodes and then 3 more.

What can I say.... I really like the sleeve destroying, Manly shoulder arrow charging. I find it very innovative that you can have an Anime/ that still looks like an "Anime" with a main male character.

Checked this show out earlier today and quite liked it. If you like this, you should give Denpa Onna a look. Very similar humor and art style.

P4a Ep 2 was so much better than the first, in like every way.
Nothing was abrupt (Every day young life Junes...! Bath time. Next day!), and the pacing didn't feel as rushed.
I can see this being like the best show.
So Fridays then? I have another reason to look forward to them.
