Oh yeah, something someone else pointed out to me:

1. Vriska is blue-blooded/text/etc'd, and at one point was missing an arm and an eye. (y'know, like the Blue Lady doll Jade was afraid of)
2. Gamzee is a ~~harlequin~~ clown. (John hates his dad's apparent obsession with same)
3. Eridan is a wizard. (Rose [PASSIVE] AGGRESS her mom's wizards and stuff)

Each of the evil/killer trolls has attributes of something one of the kids hates with respect to their Guardian. Possible candidate for the fourth evil troll: Terezi, who likes plush dolls (c.f. Smuppets).

Somebody else mentioned: Eridan has a HATE!bone-bulge for Rose. He didn't have to kill Kanaya; he could have just absconded, since it's clear that she wasn't remotely a threat. He's trying to stoke caliginous feelings in Rose, knowing about their friendship, and he's probably going to boast about it to her.

Terezi also has (technically) succeeded in killing off all four kids at least once already. John and Jade and Rose from the one doomed timeline. And although she wasn't responsible for killing Davesprite, she engineered a second doomed timeline to kill Dave a little later on.

Also, did they ever explain why Terezi knew about Doc Scratch? Maybe she's been the master manipulator all along.

Yes, as Hussie said, if a Princess kisses a Prince or vice-versa, they get revived, given if they have their dreamselves. And every player is a Prince/Princess of their moon.

Umm, but the kissing resurrection basically negates the Quest Bed/Cocoon resurrection, so if they do resurrect, they probably won't ascent to godhood.... except if there's some kind of Aradia-like shenanigans.

There was nothing saying that the dream self gets expended upon resurrection. I was just thinking of it as "You get free revivals by other party members unless your dream selves are dead."
