Does the Carrier type Ship consume 10 Frame Points, or does it grant 10 more? Just want to make sure now.

Quote
Even Better Spy antenna- better reception (10 Scrap Metal)

Basic point defence system- Good at stopping missles and torpedoes. Also nice for frying enemy (5 Scrap Metal; 2 Luxury Items

Improved Sensor Dish- improves defence by 10 ( 5 Raw Materials; 15 Scrap Metal )

Larger Mess Hall - Supports 150 Manpower (20 Raw Materials; 5 Scrap Metal)

Length of time to build each? If we cannot work on all 4 at once, let's start with the ones with the shortest build times.

Does the Carrier type Ship consume 10 Frame Points, or does it grant 10 more? Just want to make sure now.

The Carrier has 10 frame points of it's own. It loads up on Frames and act's as a forward base, complete with it's own repair facilities and living spaces. You'll have to devote man-power once you start sending them out, unlike other vessel except for Dreadnoughts

How many races left?

There are 3 races left.

Build the Hangar Addition

Research Better light combat frames

Would increasing the Skeith's class size improve it's defensive capabilities? If so, do so.

All of this is good, although rework the Skeith anyway.

If we have enough materials, construct the Class C Carrier vessel.  Name it the Behemoth.

Unless we already have one, get the crew to research designs for an Infirmary.

Take 10 manpower from the defenders and put it towards mining.

If we have enough left over, build an O-42.

Apparently, Thomas the Tank Engine isn't one to take crap from anyone.

Build the gem refinery

Do not go on scavenging.

Research a way to improve food production(even if it is just plans for a larger farm)

Build a A-09 Vindictus

Move all from miners into defense. We're in for a storm

Equip all combat frames with lasers Medium then light

All of this sounds good.  We need to prepare for the attack.

Call back all vessels and frames and have all available combat units go on stand-by, and contact the Tiranog to ensure they're ready for the assault.

If possible, try to keep our current neutrality intact, but if fired upon we'll have to do something.

If we have enough, construct a Class E Missileboat and  name it Beretta.

- You contacted the RoJ fleet. They claimed that it was to reinforce the A-Class mining vessel Hephestus, but if that was the case, such an enorous amount of fire power is not required.

So, we have a month before shits hits the fan. Let's go nuts with food. That'll help morale out a bit, and keep people strong for the crazy shit we're gonna need done.

Make sure there are good hidden shelters and stuff. If we get wiped, as long as the shelters aren't found, we can begin anew.

If at all possible, we need to do our best not to take sides. Once we're with one power, the others no longer have a reason to deal with us. Not to mention we're out here explicitly to stop it.

Suggestion: We brush off the diplomacy shoes, see if we can mediate our way out of this.

Suggestion: Gussy up some of our better rooms, offer to serve as a neutral ground for the fleet leaders. If this is a resource war, than neither of them should be all that interested in wasting the fuel and ships that a fleet battle would take. Especially with enemies willing to take advantage of this. Try to get an idea what both of them want.

If it turns out to be us, a trade agreement may be doable. We can use historical parallels to the failure of mercantilism for reasons why we're better off left unconquested.

The goal is to get out of this without any lasting enemies willing to toss larger fleets at us.

>"And we quite appreciate that you offer us the chance to do such a thing. Well, let's begin at the beginning, shall we? From our perspective, there is a huge and horribly powerful-looking fleet just outside of our front door, and we have no real idea why..."

> The representative puts his cigar down, folding his hands "I can assure you that we are not here for you specifically. I'm sure that you have seen the white vessel that is outside your station, correct? As embarassing at it is, you know that there are riots occuring on Europa. We believe that the white vessel is a mobile base for insurgents, trying to undo the Republic's hard work." The representative leans in a little bit. "I'm sure that you know that such dangerous people would be able to harm anyone without a second thought, fighting for their fanaticism. This means that your station would also be in danger. Thus, the reason that our fleet is coming."

>Request to see their evidence of this. Assure them this is because the white ship hasn't been a bad neighbor, and we're rather shocked to hear they are up to no good. As such, looking at the evidence would certainly help us identify anything else that they've been up to.

> The representative pulls out several photos of unusual frames, standing near crowds of rioting people, as if edging them on., bearing a mysterious insignia. The White vessel also seems to bear the insignia. There is also video of a unusual black frame fighting RoJ police forces. It appears to be  the same one that flew by you earlier in the year.

>Ask if they have more. Have the photos compared to our own records of the ship and its escorts. Does the insignia look at all familiar? Ask about it if it isn't. If we can without it being known, have the photos checked for digital altering.
>Also, ask how they tracked the ship down here.

>The representative showed more photos to you. One of the crew members takes some of the photos for analysis and cross-checking. It does seem familiar, as you have seen it on the white vessel that is nearby. The photos have not been digitally altered either.

>" We tracked the ship down by following the fusion trails from the insurgent's frames to the white vessel. Now, if I may request to hear this request of yours?"

> The representative take anoter puff of the cigarette as he looks at you. "We feel that these people are trying to cause Europa to rebel, prompting other states to rebel, and create a disunity in Jupiter. We do not want a recreation of the Civil Wars of Zeus, and thus we must stop them now. As for your request to not be caught in the middle...

You see, the position of the white vessel is far enough away to prevent most collateral damage, but our concern is that they may try to take your station hostage, in which case, we would try to help you as best as and as reasonably as we can."

>" That, we do not know. We do know that they are an enemy to the public order of the RoJ."

> The Republic of Jupiter is probably most relatable to the Soviet Union during the A.D. time period. The government follows a loose communism government type, allowing capitalism to grow, if only slightly due to the additional taxes. They have a lot of old frames, some of them still using the bulkier Fission Core. The newer frames are heaviliy armored machines, but lack in mobility. It is the philosophy that if your sheild is strong enough, there is no need to dodge.

Some of the advocates of the Corporations throw accusations that the RoJ are backstabbers, but there is no evidence of this. After all, these same people wear aluminium hats to stop mind-readers from finding them.
