>Try to see if we can detect any magical resonance from it, like we could from the branch when we tried to draw power from it.
>If it just seems like a plain piece of wood, in this sense, put it back down, and go westward from the road

>You don't detect anything like that from it.
>You put the cane down, and go to the west.
>Continuing West from where you entered, as there is no road, you find yourself in a place with thick grass, in some places reaching up to touch them moss. The trees here are mostly bare, but thick vines weave between them to keep the forest floor from being well lit. You think you spot a small leather bag among the grass. Obvious exits are east and west.

>It is a small bag, the leather cracked with age. You could carry it in your palm easily. It seems to hold something inside it.

>You carefully loosen the bag's drawstrings, and peek inside. You can see some silvery coins; they don't look anything like ☼ you had before.

>Take the pouch
>Continue west

>They look very old; they are the weird off center kinda you see in textbooks, and the picture on them is quite primitive. The lettering appears to be English, leading you to wonder what an OFFAREX is.
>You obtain: Pouch of Old Coins
>Continuing west, you see the woods thinning out, allowing more light to come in. The moss is not so heavy here, either. Looking around, you notice an weird-looking stick in the shadows of a maple tree. Obvious exits are South and East.

>You contemplate taking the pistol, then remember Komachi's warning and put it back.
>You head south, and find yourself walking into a beautiful field of flowers. Unlike the prior one, the majority of flowers here seem to be in season. They also seem to be more vibrant. The smell of them is rather heavy in the air. Obvious exists are North, South, and East.

>You take to the air, and start flying southward over the flowers.

> Practice making barriers on the way, if we can while flying

>You work on it; it's honestly a bit tiring to fly and create a barrier at the same time, but you manage to make a few barriers; thin things no larger than a saucer.
>You notice someone up ahead, a green-haired woman in red who is carrying an umbrella. She is looking right at you.

Double post for IMPORTANT NOTE: Last time we led Yuuka on and let her think we were someone else she was upset when she learned the truth. Best take UK's path and be honest about this, especially given we'd be lying about being Yukari of all people.
