Is Reza a prokaryote?

Assuming Reza didn't live in the man, then being a prokaryote and killing him would be near impossible... unless...

Did Reza come in direct contact with the man's body?
Was that the reason the man died?
Did the man name Reza 'Reza'?
Did someone else name her 'Reza'?
Does she even have a gender?
Is she of a race in which it would be suitable to name her as something?

Did the other man make her resentful of the first man?

Do spamming these random theories make you [insert negative attribute here]?
Reza is a large dog, owned by a criminal. The criminal used her as a guard dog for more than ten years, and since she knew no other form of life, she couldn't refuse. One day, the police came by and took her into their care. She was trained to become a police guard, and eventually tracked the criminal down and bit him to death.

Is Reza a dog?

Does Reza eat meat?

Does Reza eat plants?

Is what kind of mammal Reza is important?
I have...a terrible need...shall I say the word?...of religion. Then I go out at night and paint the stars.

Reza the elephant was on a farm one day, kept by her trainer. Because the trainer was stupid, he offered a visitor to the farm some food to feed Reza. The man reached out to give her the food, but did something wrong (e.g. inserted it into her nose. How do you do that?). Reza grew resentful of the man and promptly sat on him. The man died shortly after.

Do we need to know what the man did to make Reza resentful?

NO. You should look at the questions that were answered with 'yes' before, some of them should not fit with this theory. The manner of the death however, Reza using her body to kill the man, is correct.

YES. But I think you already had that answered before: Physical abuse.

Is it my fault this topic keeps dying? :V

Reza the elephant was on a farm and kept by her trainer, who repeatedly physically abused her. So one day she stepped on him.

Reza the elephant lived on a farm, where she was kept by her owner. Her owner physically abused her, so she stepped/sat on him/kicked him/hit him with her long-nose-thing(What the heck is that thing called?). Man dies, Elephant is victorious.

Remember there was the involvement of another person. o_o

Was what the other person did is give the opportunity for Reza to sit on the victim?

Was the other person the employer of the dead man?
Or the other way round?

(There was? Well, then...)

Did the other person dislike the fact that the dead man was abusing Reza?

Did this other person die? (Just checkin'.)

NO

I'm really sorry, I had quite some stuff to deal with that made me neglect this game here. Most of it is over now though, and I can take care of my duties again.

Fist of all, let's solve the current riddle. The solutions given were close enough, and it will be more fun to start with a new riddle at this point.

Reza was an elephant that was abused by her owner. One day he lost her to a friend in a gamble. Years later he visited said friend again after not seeing him since the gamble. Reza, having a good memory as an elephant, instantly recognized him and stomped him to death.

So let's move on to the next one:

Case 39 - Thirst
Tom was lying dead on the ground in his house.
He had died of thirst even though there was no lack of water.

Tim's house was on an island or swept out to sea. He ran out of fresh water and died of thirst since all the water he had to drink was salt, which just dehydrated him/
