Just use the NSFW tag; it's basically a link that gets automatically attached to the "Hey this is NSFW" image.

Then again, since adblock can make Danbooru somewhat worksafe, it's still a grey area on the issue.

Nah. He just watched this and changed some words to make it Touhou related.

Of course, I giggled at the comic, and the characters are very lively so I can't say anything too negative.
