> What did Aya tell us about her already?

>You got the feeling she was something of a private figure, her name is Sanmei and she is an adviser and close friend of the Warlord herself. She apparently tends to send out familiars to gather information.

>"Anything that may be helpful to understand how they think, how did she get to that position and her persona."
>Do we recall her species ?

>Her species was never mentioned, but the picture that you saw and the general implication suggests that she was human.
>"Well, Sanmei is kind of a mystery," says Ao. "I mean, not really, but it's hard to tell what's she thinking. She doesn't make announcements or anything, and she doesn't speak up in court much. Most of the time, she speaks with the daimyo in private."
>"I think she inherited her position when her predecessor retired, some years back," says Aka. "Oh, if you see a bit of paper fluttering around in the air, it's probably one of her familiars. She has hundreds of the things going around and reporting back to her."
>"Kinda jealous," says Ao. "Even if they probably don't take pictures."

>"She's human," says Ao. "I think the highest ranking youkai is the general."
>"There's the minister of agriculture," says Aka. "And some of the advisers."
>"I don't think that outranks a general," says Ao.
>"Of course they do! Generals only do things sometimes! The rest work all the time!"
>"I don't think it's like that..." says Ao.

>"Have you ever met an oni? She's a lot like that." says Aka.
>"I think it's because of the horns," Ao says.
>"What I mean is, she's very forthright," Aka says. "Even a bit rude sometimes. Generally friendly, though, from what we've seen. She's served the Teru family for ages."

Just to be clear, I have no intention of involving myself with Haihan's affairs at this point. I intend to head back to Mitsu once this conversation ends, so that we may return to familiar lands and then search Apex for Seiga and/or the Netherworld for Yuyuko.

I say that largely because I don't think we need to delve too much into information on Mikoto's advisers. :V
