After 450 rabbit hunts, I remain rabbitless. All I got was Taigei.

But you know what they say... if life gives you a whale, go beat a map that becomes super easy when you have a whale.

6-1 CLEARED!

Shigure was MVP for one-shotting the Takoyaki Wo with a torpedo-cut in.

Fubuki stayed out of the spotlight but made major contributions, shooting down the Takoyaki / US Navy Fighter planes and the enemy destroyers.

But it was Whale who did the most important job - finding an easy path that allowed me to get to the boss unscratched.

Whale, you the real MVP.

Cleared 5-1 on the third try.

Try 1 was Kaga getting hit to red at Node F
Try 2 was Kaga and Choukai getting hit to red at Node A
Try 3 was everyone sailing through with no problems to the boss.

Another update! Quite a number of shipgirls have attained Kai Ni status during the past month; they are, chronologically: Sendai, Jintsuu, Shigure, Kiso, Haguro, Ashigara, and most recently, Fubuki. This is partly due to a shift in priorities from map-clearing to leveling, which happened right after unexpectedly, and rather painfully hitting the brick wall that is 5-3... I'm currently working on Ayanami, who is less than 5 levels away from Kai Ni, and then I'll focus on Tone and Chikuma, who I'll give my two Blueprints for. Yamashiro is still approximately 20 levels away from the Kai Ni milestone, so she'll have to wait.

I've also been recently attempting LSC over the past few weeks, now that my resources have reached past the 100k mark--Yamato attempts, to be precise. Other than getting Noshiro, attempts number two through five all yielded particularly unimpressive results. Before the sense of pointlessness of it all began settling in, I attempted a pre-maintenance LSC on a whim. Then, it happened: the fabled 8-hour timer.

Needless to say, I was completely baffled. Another of my long-term goals has been realized... Yamato, I welcome you as my first LSC ship!

First attempt at 5-2. I wanted to complete the B25 quest before the boss hit its final form. No troubles getting through it. Boss was on red condition going into night battle, all the minions were already gone, so Akatsuki just finished it off.

Unryu is rumored to drop from the 6-3 boss node... but there's still a question mark next to her name, so I wouldn't recommend going there just yet. I don't want you wasting time like I did hunting rabbits at 3-3.

Anyway, I'll cheer for you the next time you go to hunt the legendary cloud dragon. If my dream came true, yours will certainly come true as well.

Thanks! I'm still at 5-3 though mainly because my work schedule sucks, so I likely won't make much headway until I get back to school in September. Plus, I wanna save some resources for trying to build the Yamato sisters.

woooooo I can say goodbye to painful lsc(until the devs put prinz in the construction pool). Hotel sure took her sweet time. Shioi came out in the 30 or so Hotel attempts. I forget the count because I pop lsc whenever fuel or ammo hits soft cap. Taihou doesn't seem worth shooting for it right now, maybe as event celebration.

I'm not a fan of LSC, although I wouldn't mind getting Taiho.

I can count the number of LSCs I've done on four fingers. All of them were Taiho recipes. The results were Maruyu, Maruyu, Hiryu, Akagi. I'm not going to LSC again until the end of the summer event - and then I'm only going to do it once.

I have Ryujo and Uzuki. That's good enough for me.

Hey, I don't have any hotels either. The trick is not to care. If you want Yamato as much as I wanted Uzuki, you will suffer for a long time.

On the bright side, once you find a job, it won't matter as much that you don't have Yamato.

Ok, I want to remind people that tonight is a server maintenance! This will be a short term maintenance that will last for and a half hours from 1530 -1800 JST.

From what has been gathered... this maintainance will be both an improvement to log in service and it'll begin a new experiment....

The new server Hijira Anchorage will become the first server to become subjected to a.... lottery-free process!!!

Meaning if you are new, and you do not have an account, you can automatically join the server without having to go through ANY OF THE LOTTERY HOOPS!!

Do note however... if the server overloads.... they will take this away from that server.

(so yeah go tell your friends, tell everyone, it's about to happen! A lottery free Kancolle server is approaching (and I see the good and bad in this automatically)

You might have too much equipment on hand? It's super easy to forget about the equipment capacity since it's so high and you have to check your Admiral page for it.

In this summer, a 5500t CL will be getting k2. The girl leading torpedo squadron in both the north and south front, commanded by kimura admiral and Saving the allies in most difficulty operations, commanded by kimura admiral, achieving success in the very end. She will be getting 'if' k2 this summer, stay tuned! (That means possible blueprint if I'm correct.)

What's the best way to gather resources when I can only be on for a few hours in the evening?

I typically let my ships go on Expedition 12, 16, and 21 but I think there has to be more efficient ways to do this.

To me I do 15,16, and 24 for long hour expeditions.
