I'm actually friends with the artist, believe it or not. His name is Daemoniken and the original picture is from here.

This is so weird to see on TV. Should I assume that one of the media producers for the show just found it randomly on the internet due to the association with this?

I think that's a safe assumption. Safer, anyway, than Olbermann's producer being a huge 2hu fan.

You'll have to forgive Olbermann, he's just a secondary.

yo man personally I don't think watch warmly or wait warmly sound like proper phrases aka they both sound weird hth hth hth hth *kickflips out of thread*

Real talk though: I like a lot of Olbermann's insight on sports and he was pretty on point about the match sucking and Mayweather being a shithead, but I gotta wonder if/why he approved that graphic during the rundown. Did some intern slip it in without his knowledge?

It's not too far of a scroll down Google Images for "technical difficulties" to get that Suika image (though maybe that's from weebs everywhere reposting it now that this story broke). I'm guessing the actual Simpsons originals were skipped for copyright reasons.

Let's just be glad the MLP versions weren't used.

But that original Simpsons image (at least the one that I linked) was shown JUST before the Suika one was. They probably wanted variety.

No, they probably wanted to avoid getting sued.

What? I just said that the Simpsons original which I linked before WAS SHOWN in the program just before the Suika image. Is that not the same copyrighted image you're referring to? I'm very confused.

They used BOTH of them back to back.

Oh, sorry, I misunderstood. I thought you were just talking about the Google Image results page.
