Depends on whether the Empire can get in, or even knows where he is.

If they can't, incident ensues, Palpatine doesn't play by spell-card rules, someone might get killed (POWAAAAAH UNLIMITED POWAAAAAH) and then Reimu or someone kills him.

If they CAN, then good luck. Only Flandre (if she's sane enough to destroy all the Empire) or Yukari's boundaryhax can save them.

We wouldn't need unofficial anime like Fantasy Kaleidoscope, but also no more jokes based on gameplay mechanics. And Sagume's voice actress could as well sleep on the job given how few words she spits out.

She would be a lot more ruthless when ~~exterminating~~ purging ~~youkai~~ daemons and xenos. (And heretics, of course!) Most of them would probably end up meeting the same fate as the fortune teller from FS.

This scenario might also mean the Hakurei Shrine's god would have to be the Emperor of Mankind. That would be interesting...

Without the sleeves, Reimu looses 1/3 of what makes her recognizable as a character! If she looses much more of her outfit then your probably won't be able to recognize her on Dandooru without the name tags.

What if... Touhou started out as a hentai visual novel and everything grew from that? Kinda like Touhou Kenchinroku ~record of penis viewing~. Kinda like the circumstances of Fate/Stay Night originally being an adult game.

The main antagonist is Sakuya trying to make it so that she is the main protagonist of the series, hence her reason for messing with the timeline. The game involves choosing to play as either classic or modern Reimu and going through one stage from every mainstream game, and bosses are chosen according to popularity, which would mean a poll is conducted before the creation of the game to determine this. I think someone asked this before and I also answered it... or was that in a different thread?

What if after ZUN retires, his son has no intention of continuing the series for him?
