What if... you were to be stranded on a desert island with one other Touhou character. Who would it be and why?

I would go with Keine. She seems to be the most mellow of all of the characters, save on full moons. Though, can't they fly?

What if the protagonists of the Touhou games (e.g. Reimu, Marisa, Sakuya, Youmu, Sanae, and Reisen) meet their shadow selves like the ones from Persona 4? What deep, dark feelings would the shadow selves represent in each character? How would they act toward their original?
Bonus scenario: When they defeat said shadow, what would be the name of their Persona?

Let's say Touhou was instead an Eastern RPG (Turn-based version), but with the same lore. What kind of roles would each of the characters fulfill based on their lore (e.g. DPS, Tank, Healer, Status Change)?

If it's patchable then there will be a touhou patch of it! (GTA San Andreas and Civilization IV: Beyond the Sword mods proved that)

Possible replacements for the Winds of Destruction could be Rika who could build a robotic metal gear thing with a sword, Meira since she is all about her sword and Toyosatomimi no Miko since her Shichi-sei ken could be used as a sword.

Armstrong would definitely have to be Yorihime because over the top epic final battles! :V

What if... Your favorite Touhou was found by you in your room one day and you are informed that she is your unconditional slave for 24 hours that will do anything you demand of her and after that she returns to Gensokyo forever. Who would it be and what would you do with her with those 24 hours? (InB4 ecchi overload!

That'd be either Yukari or Rumia. Excluding stuff like "infinite wishes" (i.e "now you swear to serve me forever"):
Yukari:
Extremely ludicrous theft
Take me to various places of the world that i wouldn't be able to see otherwise, including Gensokyo and the Moon (if it's full Moon time), while protecting me (you never know with those youkai deals!)
Use some (permanent) crazy shikigami equation to make me faster, stronger, smarter, and so on.
Allow me to pet Ran and Chen :3
Give me her fan and umbrella
Make me fly on her/Ran's/Chen's back.
Tell me the truth about her powers.
Rumia:
Make me fly
Destroy some stuff for the heck of it
Eat my mother's boyfriend
