Then it would create a reality-breaking paradox. As a wish made with the mallet has payback, but the wish said there will be no payback, and of, course for such a wish to occur, there has to be payback, but the wish can't have payback because the wish wished that there will be no payback, which, according to how the mallet works, would mean that there will be major payback for making that wish, which is impossible because the wish said there will be no payback...
