What if the next spinoff game features playable characters unable to fight (Rinnosuke, Kosuzu, Akyuu, etc.)?

Rinnosuke Quest, you throw junk as danmaku and the foes are roughly around your level. The final boss is Cirno.

Though I don't think we don't know whether Rinnosuke is able to fight.

Reimu would kick her out of the shrine and send her to Eirin. Eirin wouldn't even be able to give her a pill since she keeps growing out of reach. With Suika now trashinn the bamboo forest, Mokou gets pissed and attempts to kick her out, but Kaguya wants to fight her too.
