Ability to the extent to cause explosions. Would probably be the first Stage 4 boss to not really have much to do with the final boss. Unless that final boss is a dynamite tsukumogami of course, in which case that's an OTP right there.

That was horrible, I'm sorry.

Also, we probably would have gotten our asses kicked to all hell by now if that were the case. Magic and military technology are a very scary combination.

We're pitting Gaps, mountain breakers, magic, sparks, doll armies, Fate manipulation, Time manipulation, and a whole lot of other abilities against conventional military equipment.

We have no methods for suppressing magic, and Gaps themselves are horribly powerful against human equipment. Suika could literally destroy a mountain, in this case an entire city, Marisa's Sparks would obliterate anything in its radius, Doll armies could rampage through cities, Tengu speed is too fast for computers to identify, etc.

So we'd probably be screwed. That's not even counting Flandre and the Lunar Empire, the former of which destroyed a meteor, and the latter of which is a massive nation with technology far beyond our time.

What if Flandre appeared in the room you're in right this instant?

It's an incident! In the ??th Touhou game, play as Marisa, Sakuya, or Sanae to solve this strange occurence and lay down the law. Reimu would be the stage 5 boss, and the goddess the stage 6 boss, paralleling Mountain of Faith, and the game would feature the surprise reappearance of SinGyoku. Fans would be shocked by Reimu's absence as a playable character, and astounded when they reach stage 5 and find out why! Massive controversy erupts in the fandom, with one side calling the game ZUN's most creative work yet and applauding him for thinking outside the box, and the other side condemning the game as un-Touhou-like and practically refusing to accept it as canon.

What if Utsuho nuked Gensokyo, and Touhou became set in a post-apocalyptic world?
