(Assuming that she'd be the final boss) The Fairies in the game would probably argue with each other as she has the ability to start quarrels. Cirno just freezes them all. She is at war, so it negates the effect? :V

3. Gensokyo gains recognition as an independent nation and somehow ends up becoming part of the United Nations.
