>Luna utters a soft murmur as you prod her this time. You think she might just be waking up today.

>As you continue with your effort to drag Luna back into the world of not-sleeping, she suddenly jolts awake with a startled gasp.
>"S-Sunny? Star?", quavers Luna.

>Luna leans her head against your shoulder and gives you an awkward one-armed hug, since you're side-by-side in a rather cramped place.

>You wrap an arm around Luna and return the hug as well as you can in this confined space. An awkward half-hug is as good as a real one after getting thrashed around like that.
>After sniffling for a bit against your shoulder, Luna stops clinging onto you and withdraws her arm back to her side.

>"A box...? Did... did we get kidnapped!?" Luna jolts in shock. "But, but you can't kidnap fairies! We gotta tell R--"

>You hear Luna slap herself, probably to cover her big mouth. She raised her voice enough to make the deep-voiced man alert, it seems.
>"Um, a-are those bad guys?", Luna asks very quietly.

[Tapsa]

>"Meh, coulda sworn I heard somethin'. The heat's makin' me crazy."

>"Fah!?", you hear the second man's voice utter in surprise.
>"What the hell? Who's there!?", the deep-voiced man calls.

>You kick against the inside of the box, but it wasn't a very satisfying kick. There's just not enough room for your legs here for a good kick.

>You hear footsteps approach you and another door closer to your position slide open. Were those guys in another room?
>"Where are you?", the deep-voiced man says.
>"We're stuffed in a box! Help us!", Star says.
>"The hell? How many are there of you?"
>"Who cares, get us out already!"
>"'Kay, keep it cool, lemme find somethin' to bust that crate open with."

>"Oh yeah. S'pose I could try that first."
>You hear the footsteps close in right next to you. A moment later, you hear the man make a deep guttural grunt, but the box doesn't open up.
>"Well this ain't gonna work. This thing's sealed hella tight." The man sighs. "Yo, Koji! Go borrow a prybar from the smithy!"
>"'Kay!", the Koji person says, before you hear him sprint out.
>"Smithy? Um, are we in the village, mister?", Luna asks.
>"Yeah, you sure are. So, who did this to you, kids?" You hear the deep-voiced man crackle his knuckles. "'Cause I kinda wanna know what kinda weirdo stuffs kids in a box and puts the box in the storage room of a karate club."

>"A suit? Uhhh..."
>"Um, that's the fancy thing with long pants, coat and a necktie, right?", the other man asks.
>"Yes, that's the thing!", says Luna.
>"I saw Mister Tanioka leaving through the front door wearing that when I came here..."
>"Huh? Did you ask what he was doin' in here?", says the deep-voiced man, "Thought he didn't care about karate."
>"No, I didn't want to bother him, he didn't look like he was in a good mood..."
>"When'd he even get this suit thing? You sure this was Tanioka?"
>"That was definitely him. I don't think I'm mistaking him here, the only other time I've seen a suit was at that youkai clothier's shop."
>"You saying he would do this kinda thing? Not buying it."
>Beat.
>"So, uh, anything else you can tell about this guy, kids? Like how tall he was or somethin'?"

>You feel Star lean over you, to silence Luna with her hand, from the sounds of it.
>"Shhhh! If we tell them we're fairies, they might not let us out!", whispers Star.
>The deep-voiced man makes an annoyed grunt. Suddenly, you hear somebody enter the building with running steps.
>"I'm back!", you hear the third man who left announce. That was really fast. "Here you go, Miura."
>"Thanks. Alright kids, you might wanna cover your ears now."

>You're inside a box and your wings, while they aren't connected to your back, don't go through things like ghosts do. Unless if they can somehow see through the box, you don't think they know you have wings.
>You shield your ears from any possible deafening noises that might start echoing inside the box when the man starts opening the box with his tool.
>"Why?", Luna asks, before you hear a horrible wooden creak. Even though you've covered your ears, the noise is almost amplified enough inside this box to hurt your ears. Then there's a loud bang, and the top of the crate goes flying off. Markedly less stagnant air and sweet sunlight fill the box, giving back you your eyesight that you've missed. It's yet an another great thing about being the sunlight fairy, you won't get blinded when coming back into the light out of a dark place.
>"There we go."
>You look up and are greeted by the face of a bald man. Well, not completely bald. He's got that thing where he's got a extremely fine layer of hair on his head, but he might as well be called bald since that doesn't count as real hair.
>"Wait, wings..?", the deep-voiced man says with a mildly surprised face, "Hey, you ain't kids, you're faeries!"
