Let's say for example there are nine players in the game. Three scum and six town.
Day 1, lynch. Night 1 kill. Day 2 lynch. Night 2 kill. Day 3 lynch. The length of days and nights could be flexible, because deaths cannot be skipped for the numbers to work out properly.
Each death removes a player from the town thread and moves them to the boardroom. Dead town may only post in the boardroom, which is where the final vote takes place. Dead scum may post in the boardroom and also in the scum topic. Once the last lynch occurs, the town thread is locked.
Now there are five players in the boardroom, and four players left alive. The dead town players vote for one of the living players. If that player is town, town wins. If that player is scum, scum wins.
Everything scales up and down by adding or subtracting three players, but as the number of players goes up, the ratio of kills to lynches becomes closer to even. This is the main reason I wanted more people, and also because I haven't seen a twelve-player game with four scum or a fifteen-player game with five scum. The smaller the population, the less I think the interesting and different part of this game will stand out.
