To be fair I was reading about Sim City in PC Gamer and frankly it sounds fucking amazing. The big change is the complete overhauling of how the city functions - instead of the game autocalculating how well any given thing should be doing it actually accounts for individual people (and their needs), the flow of power [and where its sources are coming from], etc etc - basically creating a very real city. And most of the social aspects apparently allow your city to connect to neighbouring cities - and this can create a weird ecosystem where aspects of cities can flow into others, but needs from different cities can be met elsewhere, and it all sounds great.
Also yes,
South Park: The Stick of Truth is probably the best thing I've seen so far.
ALSO ALSO: Nintendo has
three conferences this year.
One was yesterday, actually, and was a very short show detailing how the WiiU works and its essentially Spotpass-esque "constantly connected" features, plus changes to the controller etc.
Tomorrow morning's show will be ENTIRELY WiiU content
And then Wednesday Evening will be another show, entirely 3DS.
