I've only captured it by circling around it. I think staying at the bottom of the screen and bombing once was a pretty consistent way of not dying on it when I was trying to clear the stage for the first time, though.

I mean i still can't do it the proper way, so i try to micrododge it from the bottom. If i use Reimu B - it could be solved with 2 bombs without dying. Otherwise it usually takes one life.

There is no chance you can't circle around her. Do it once and you can do it every time. Just try.

Micrododging looks rather easy to pull off with the hitbox patch. <_<

In the rare event that I play EoSD Extra, I micrododge at the bottom like a boss because that is faster.

What is your favorite Stage 4 Fight?

This can include various fangames as well as specific fights like which form of Satori in Subterranean Animism or Yuki, Mai, or Yuki and Mai together in Mystic Square.

My favorite is Yuki Solo (The Red one) from Mystic Square, seconded by Aya Shameimaru.

Special Mentions are the Yakumo Trio from Concealed the Conclusion, both of the IN Stage 4 fights, and Seiga NyanNyan.

Stage 4 bosses...I hate Patchy's nonspells, the Prismrivers are kind of annoying but cool, Reimu I hate the nonspells, same for Marisa, Aya is pretty fun, Satori has neat spells most of the time, Murasa has DAT ANCHOR, and...

I think I'm going to have to roll with Aya for this one. Almost the entire battle is entertaining and quite difficult as well. Sure she has her easy attacks but it's still nothing as retarded as Satori's non-recollection attacks.

Murasa get's close to beating Aya because two of Murasa's spellcards are really cool and the third non-spell is awesome as well. However, she is crippled severely by having every attack before Sinkable Vortex being bad and the final timeout spell being dragged out and tedious.

Patchouli or Reimu. I find amulets fun to dodge and Reimu's cards are generally challenging but not difficult, and Patchouli's cards are mostly the same. I'll probably have to go with Reimu on this one though, because there are some cards of Patchouli's that are just too luck-based for me.

Patchouli and Satori are a tie for me. I think that Satori is the more "inventive" boss because her mind-reading gimmick makes her customized spells seem very natural. There's not really a good reason why Patchouli couldn't have just used the same set of spellcards every time, though. I can only assume that she figures that Marisa has more trouble against water/wood/metal based stuff while Reimu has trouble against fire/wind/earth stuff. The rest are pretty negligible for me. Prismriver Sisters are a pain no matter the route. Reimu/Marisa is either nearly-pure patterns or nearly-pure chaos. Aya doesn't feel all that special aside from a short survival card (which Murasa also has in longer duration). And Seiga is like Yuki/Mai except with prettier graphics.
