Nope her name's in English even in the Chinese version. She's a melee agility hero (why?! I thought the moon rabbits used rifles ._.) that currently plays a little like a cross between Kisume (she has some skill that temporarily blocks all physical damage) and Chen. I only had a brief look at her ult and it works a little like Chen's, except it boosts aspd instead of damage. It's not available to her at level 1, unlike Chen's. Her innate is kinda like a low powered Wriggle's D - gives her bonus damage on her next attack after 8 seconds, but each hit she receives reduces that wait time by 1s.

Ehh I think she has to be hit by physical damage... (I really didn't read her descriptions carefully at all since I was testing something else... her bonus damage is nowhere near what the Prismriver sisters get though)

Funny thing is, I think she's stronger than the original Reisen

If only the original Reisen had her sniper-range back...

her first debut appearance she gonna kick even rumia youmu patchy without effort
after that she got nerfed to death like what happened to luna child

Um... that was meant to be a joke yeah. Besides Mokou, Yorihime is the other Touhou character I adore, even if I don't know why, so naturally, OP. :3 I think December does already have a design sheet for Yorihime, but that won't happen for a while yet. Ignore my insane ramblings. :3

Quick rundown of Reisen II's skills...

Innate gives bonus damage on the next strike every 8 seconds, though each hit she receives will lower that time required by 1 second.
D skill is like Yuugi's horn proc, but it's an active and it gives a massive aspd/ms debuff instead of stunning.
F skill is just... Lyrica's ult, except I think it only blocks physical damage.
R is IIW.
W is a massive aspd/ms boost for 4s (160% aspd boost iirc at max level, and she can attain 522ms with it on). The timer resets if she hits an enemy girl, like Chen's ult.

OP lunar rabbit. Dammit the big Inaba rabbit needs her range back to compete with this piddling whippersnapper.

I like how Chinese post f version, then f9, then g in one day. And only in g version they fixed that stupid Reisen's no damage bug. Are there still more versions coming?
Devs just don't test maps: "lol, let's add some new imba hero and lots of bugs!"
Though I still love them.

Targeting based on mouse location is achievable too and really not too difficult. You can see evidence of this in the character selection screen by mousing over the boxes displaying the different players' currently selected heros.

remilia spawns again from the same bat
as up top koishis hat can burn allies mana and make them less accurate
i didnt know this but keine can un transform, so i guess you can D >F>R>W>D>F>R>W>D>F>R>hope hes dead

She's been like this since her R got changed. It gave her +36 agi passively, now it gives +40 agility for 80 lasthits.

she has 1st 2nd and ulti skill which p much set on stone that she is agressive agi ganker
but she has that silly 3rd skill which like tells her that "lol no 80 lasthit you sucks GG"

just return old kogasa where she used to own ppl....i've seen way worst carries than her in DotS (i'm comparing kogasa with old imba spin to popular carries nowdays btw)
