> This feather, in comparison to those bird youkai outside the the lamprey girl, is pure white.  It's also much bigger than any feather you've seen, and has a bit of a shine to it.  It's very soft.

> You keep going down the hall.  Nothing much about it changes, which is rather boring.  It just keeps going on in a straight line for a while, before branching off again.  There's one hallway leading left, a staircase in front going down, and a smaller hallway to the right.

> This hallway is a bit narrow, and there isn't even any carpetting on the floor.  They need to decorate this place.

> The narrow hallway makes a few twists and turns, and goes on for a while before you finally see a light at the end of it.

> You go faster until you've exited the hallway.
> You're standing in a large room with a black and white checkered floor.  Almost the entire ceiling is covered by a window, through which you can see the darkening sky.  There's a piano at one end of the room, and lounge chairs pushed up against the walls.  On another end of the room is a balcony, but it's not facing the other wall that has windows...
