I actually don't think so, the Rider class provides high mobility (you might notice he has been traveling via Thunderfucking clouds on water buffalos) , the rest is to see whether the character can fight or not, Medea was more assassin type, but Alexander (I prefer this name) is a bad ass in sword, strategy, and ridership, With his sword above his chariot he is king indeed.

its the other way around actually. the Rider class itself doesnt necessarily provide high mobility, but rather it demands superior mobility. hence why all the heroic spirits chosen for the class have something that gives them high mobility (Alexander's chariot, Rider's pegasus, and Drake's ships i guess). in terms of speed and power output, Bellerophon and Via Expungnatio are probably evenly matched. but Bellerophon has a larger attack area and
the advantage of being airborne.
in terms of pure AGI which affects agility and dexterity more than sheer speed, Alexander actually has the lowest AGI out of all three Riders (the same level as F/Z Caster, even the 5th Caster had higher AGI). and i think you meant Medusa, not Medea; Medea is Caster.
