At this point, Kouyoshi is starting to overturn rubble with her katana, looking through windows and peeking through doors. She actually does go into the houses that are still stable enough to be entered, but she returns every time empty-handed and shaking her head. This leads the two of you through through most of the village, until you're nearing your house at the outskirts again. Kouyoshi steps towards it and hesitates, surveying how damaged it is.
