What's up with the 4chan signatures?
« on: October 18, 2012, 09:19:24 PM »
I noticed that theres a trend here of having a signature that somehow relates to 4chan. I'm curious....what started this trend? Did something major happen, like 4chan removing all the supposed CP from their site while also imposing regulations and such?

What the ever-loving fuck would this have to do with our site?

Also, Kilga had a birthday thread, people received 4chan banners in sigs.

Thanks for the answers, guys. Didn't know it was a b-day thing, or that 4chan already had those regulations. :doesntkeepupwith4chan:

What the ever-loving fuck would this have to do with our site?

I figured community trends were rather relevant to the site. Also, why so hostile?

It wasn't hostility, really; just total confusion as to why 4chan banning child pornography would have anything to do with our website.

Oh. Sorry for misinterpreting your post, then :( As for 4chan banning CP, I was just taking a guess as to the cause of the trend, since it just came off to me as a "let's celebrate 4chan for a cool thing they did recently!" kind of thing.

Huh. Interesting interpretation, but yeah, now you know the real story. Sorry if my language seemed brash.
