>You continue to try to pull yourself away from her, but find that the satori is surprisingly strong, given her small frame.
>"I will have you feel her pain."
>You continue to struggle, but the satori always manages to stop your next attempt at getting free.
>During all this, you feel... strange.
>Everything but the satori seems to be fading into darkness.
>Soon, you find yourself standing with the satori on nothing.
>You turn to check your surroundings, it's pitch black.
>You turn to face the satori again, shouting "What did you d-"
>The satori is gone. In her stead, you see Aya in a wedding gown.
>She simply stands there, smiling at you. Many other tengu are there, congratulating the two of you.
>You rub your eyes in disbelief, you feel your hands getting wet. Are you crying?
>You open your eyes and the first thing you see are your hands, painted red.
>Aya lies on the floor, a small pool of blood growing beneath her.
>You see her look up at you, tears in her eyes as she mouths a single word to you.
>"Why?"
>You close your eyes and scream.
>You need to get away from that. You run, and keep running.
>You spend what seems like an eternity running, still you need to come to a stop eventually.
>You double over to catch your breath.
>"What have you done?!"
>You freeze and slowly turn around.
>Nitori and Momiji are standing over Aya's body, terrified looks on their faces.
>This is wrong. Everything is wrong. None of this could possibly be real.
>Nitori steps back, asking "W-who are you?". The fear in her voice is rather apparent.
>Momiji stands there, seemingly unable to comprehend what's going on.
>You have no idea either, just like Momiji. This can't be real, it's strange. Far too strange.
>There has to be a way out, some way to get away from this ridiculous situation.
>In your hand is a knife.
>You laugh dryly. This is a rather sick joke.
>Still, this isn't real, and it doesn't look like there's any other way out.
>You take a deep breath before you thrust the knife into your chest.
>It hurts, and you feel your legs give way. You can't see anything but the image of the broken Aya.
>Suddenly, the entire scene shatters and you are, once again, standing in nothing.
>You feel rather uncomfortable, you try to move, only to realize that your feet and hands have been bound together.
>You come close to losing your balance but manage to stay upright, that is until something hits you from behind.
>You fall forward into the dirt.
>You quickly take stock of your surroundings, you appear to be in the human village.
>You're surrounded by humans. Do they realize what they're doing?
>You tell them that you're going to rip them apart with your bare hands if they don't let you go.
>"Look at this bitch, trying to act tough."
>"I wonder how long she'll manage to keep that act up?"
>Your body stiffens as you feel something moving around your skirt.
>You shout "What the hell do you think you're doing?!" and get kicked in response.
>"Someone shut her up. She's annoying"
>"Don't worry, I'm on it."
