railworks aka "a thousand dollars worth of DLC on steam (http://www.railsimulator.com/)
US$1584.14, to be exact. Though it also doesn't count because trains actually do have fans, and I'm one who wants that game.
I won't be getting the 15 hundred dollar DLCs if I ever do buy it, though.
