> Rush out after her and kick her sword away from her!

You recklessly rush after her, and end up kicking another orb for your sillyness. It kind of hurts. You fall back and onto your ass. THE ROC follows after.

Meira stands a bit away with her sword ready. She seems mildly annoyed.

>Keep an eye out for more throwables or a nice healthy bludgeon.

Out here you're far more hard-pressed. Theres rubble and shingles, and THE ROC could probably use a Stone Lantern as a bludgeon, but not much.

You send THE ROC in to bother her, and go for a shingle. He keeps her attention well, and you go in for a shingle toss. Unfortunately, this time she chooses to move away instead of slice it, letting her parry THE ROC.

You may need to throw more than one shingle.

You know, it might have helped if you gave some more info about the situation. You could have told if she was on the ground or not, if her sword was out of her habnds, or WARN THAT SHE COULD SHOOT ENERGY ORBS. (The last instance with Roc being sliced made it sound like the orbs were shooting out of Roc's wound. Not so farfetched, since he's a being made of magic after all.)

I'm just starting to get annoyed that my plans are called 'silly' or 'idiotic', although they would be perfectly reasonable and even possible in certain situations. If the situations were a little bit more described and explained, I might be able to make plan that isn't 'silly'.

You answer with the obvious solution. You get more shingles. She still happens to be keeping her attention on THE ROC. Hes not doing as well.

> Anyway, grab some more shingles, and throw several at a time at several moments (don't throw them all or she might be able to block it and leaving you immediatly without ammo. Better strike her at several angles in quick succesion.)

You wait for another good moment and throw more shingles in a harder pattern to dodge. She gets scraped by a few, but she does irritatingly well dodging them. It does however start to let THE ROC put some more pressure back on her. The main thing hes having trouble overcoming is the fact she can create orbs, while he can't attack from a distance.

Something about the area appears to seem off... It may just be you, though.

You don't think it is, You suspect she made it tied to some objects.

You keep the pressure on her as much you can, and she starts to go back. She however, starts to hold her ground soon. You're not doing a thing different, so you expect she may have adapted...

You take to the top of the shrine and get to looking. ...You'd say its darker, but that'd be wrong. Something appears to be coloring the air. The barrier object aren't capable of being spotted like this due to it.

THE ROC sends a message of panic over your connection. Something has him frightened. He is losing ground with the fight.

Hes doing badly, hes a familiar and not about to die, but wounds do happen to effect him. At that, hes panicing at whatever the hell shes doing and going extremely defensive. The air is getting more colored. You don't think this will end too well for him.

You tell THE ROC to bail, he takes an opening and retreats to the roof with you. The air begins to worsen...

You'd go through this exchange, But THE ROC just chooses you're PROBABLY RIGHT on the second line. He picks you up and bails for the army. Meira glares after you, and you feel something TERRIBLE chasing.

It is almost completely dark now.

You don't think you'll actually have the time to do all this, so you shout for the army to brace themselves. You're not sure, but you think they get this. You only divine from a glance behind, whatever is coming after you, is about to get to you before you get out of the barrier.

You should probably do something.

You get THE ROC to take to a dive. You hear a roaring sound as whatever it is begins to follow you. Its still after you, but a burst of light confirms you're out of the barrier.

The Army is up ahead, Looking in surprise behind you. You can only suppose its whatever was chasing you.

You shout and have THE ROC keep moving, Everyone, Almost in sync, Moves away as Cirno steps forth. You're not sure exactly what you did, But once you pass her, You hear a shattering sound and ice is flying everywhere. And for some reason, So are you and everyone else.

You all eventually stop. Most everyone is uninjured. THE ROC returns to where he came from to recover.

You glance over, She seems to be holding up a victory sign with a grin. Still on the ground though. You think thats a good sign.

You don't see anything chasing you anymore. Meira is likely still at the shrine.

You query the army about what was after you. Wriggle answers.

"Something that should not exist. Whatever it was, it wasn't. Its... It was just like a bunch of nothing going after you. It did feel kind of like a familiar, but not."

"Looked like a lizard too."

You may say she shoots dragons, But it doesn't sound like they exactly saw that. You wonder why. This does suitably suck however.

Ohhhh, that's just straight ass bullshit. Meira can shoot freaking ELDTRICH ABOMINATIONS?! How can we possibly beat her?! ....though Cirno seems to really have become the strongest if she managed to destroy that thing herself. Maybe this summoning technique of Meira is based on Reimu's ability 'to summon the power of the gods', only cranked up to eleven into the ability 'to summon the power of the Great Old Ones.'

She's probably only going to say 'whatever' and try and leave the world.

> If Fightest plan fails....head to Youkai Mountain, to the Tengu Village. I think a certain Oni would be more than willing to let Meira hear a piece of her mind..... Nobody touches her girlfriend's Shrine!
