Some insects can make silk you know, and Wriggle is the mistress of bug kind, she could provide silk producing bugs to help with the project.

>QUICK, DIG CLAWS INTO WALL TO STOP FALLING. SLOWLY BUDGE YOUR WAY UP TO THE CEILING.

You contemplate trying to dig into the rock wall with your claws, but that wouldd just let it catch up to you.

>If that is not available, twist in the direction least likely to result in being finned.
>Land on feet.

Instead, you roll in the air to a side of the fin. It doesn't work perfectly, but you only get a minimal cut to the side.

> Also, if possible, hitch a ride on the shark by grabbing on to the dull part of the fin blade.

You don't even THINK that thing has a dull part of it's fins. You land on the ground with your feet. The shark bursts out of the wall above you and dives down at you.

Excuse me, but the most vulnerable part of a shark is none other than the nose. It uses it to navigate in the ocean depths (or in this case, the ground). It contains a VERY sensitive magnetic/electric sensing system, but this also makes it a weakspot. To disorient it, give it a good kick in the nose.

> Do just that. Give it the hardest kick you have in his nose.

You sidestep, then lunge to gauge it's eyes out. You're just a bit too late to strike the eye, and end up sharpening your nails on it's TOUGH SCALES. You're not sure what it'd even take to cut those. It strikes back into the ground with a mighty crash, and you have to pull away from the debris. You're not sure where it'll come up next...

>Prioritize not getting sharked over going for the eye, though if the opportunity is there...

You luckily had the opportunity, not a good one, but one.

> Do just that. Give it the hardest kick you have in his nose.

You'd do that, but that'd have meant being in the way of shark crash. The eye was probably a better bet.

You bolt up the wall in a zig zag, Still not seeing where the shark is. The web still isn't ready! You wait around the halfway point for a bit, before jumping away towards the ground. The shark bursts about a few second behind you! You and the shark hit the ground around the same time.

You're not sure how many times you can pull that off again before it gets you...

> Like I said earlier, it reacts heavily to disturbances in the electro magnetic field in it's surroundings. Perhaps by throwing stuff on the ground you can trick him into thinking the stuff is prey, and make him attack that and (temporarily) forget about you. You can use this to buy you some time. So throw anything useless you have in your inventory (like the box hat) at random places on the ground and hope this works.

>How echo-prone is this part of the tunnel?

Its a pretty large room, so its Echo-Prone indeed.

>And are there stones on the ground?
>If so, throw stones out everywhere to confuse Sharky.

You're not sure what you'd throw, but you find a few stones and scoop them up, taking to the wall and scattering them on the ground. It...doesn't really work, you have to assume its because its not a normal shark. You get away from a near sharking with a nice cut to the side.

>throw kisume
> Throw blood. It's a shark.
>throw kisume's blood.

You toss some blood from your wound on the ground. It appears for a second to devour it.

...The ground suddenly ends up chopped into eight pieces for a moment, and a maze of cuts begins to crawl up the wall. You think you did bad.

>Is the web ready yet?

You're not sure why you forgot about your old tricks up until now! You approach the problem by using the cup shuffle trick. Once you touch there, You move elsewhere too fast for humans to comprehend. The shark isn't slow, but it still is ill-pressed to turn to hit it's foe. You can probably keep this up for a while.

The web is looking to near completion, But it still seems like it'll take a bit...

> Check inventory.

>Your inventory contains:
>Slightly Ripped and Dirty Dress [Worn]
You're not sure how long you've had this dress, but it is certainly showing its wear.
>Box Hat [Worn]
Its a box, as a hat. Simple as that.
>Cardboard Box
A box that has to have SOME use.
>Familiar Pentagram [THE ROC]
A pentagram used to contain familiars, while it seems cruel, its actually the equivalent of a 5 star hotel in there.
>Frog Pin [Worn under hat]
A slightly Soggy Pin that Sanae treasured.

You manage to keep it up until Yamame gives the signal for the web. You make a dash for the Web, With the Shark Trailing. Using a well timed leap and quick switch, you manage to make the shark leap into the web!

...The web manages to hold. Its shaking terribly, but the shark hasn't managed to break it. You breathe a sigh of relief.

Any cracks the shark made disappeared as soon as you looked away. What are you talking about.

You thank Yamame and the spiders for the web. "Well, We'd have to take care of it ourselves as well. This kind of disturbance would cause people to investigate..."

> Examine new area.

Its the same room. High ceiling, Pool in the middle, Death Land Shark...

>Before you go exploring, have a good look at the shark. See if you can figure out anything new about it. And reassure self that web will hold.

You take a look at the shark. Its tail, Fins, and Dorsal fin all seem to be blades instead of actual fins. Likewise, most of it's scales have been replaced with tiny metal plates. The only thing that doesn't appear to be armored are the eyes.

Its probably a good thing you didn't go for the nose, It'd have hurt.

The web however, you're not so sure on, it's thrashing, and if it lands in the water...
