>Find Daiyousei, and tell her about the mansion trip. In particular, that DEMON is rather possessive of it. But she seems to respond to politeness and such.
>If she has nothing new to add, head toward the insect region. Go back into careful mode.

You head back to the lake and explain your trip to the mansion to Daiyousei. You make sure to stress Demon's possessive nature of the mansion. She nods thoughtfully and thanks you for finding out what was going on.

After confirming she has nothing else to really add, you decide theres nothing else to do but find out where the Cirno at. You begin to head towards the Forest of Magic. You'll have to be careful while you're there, But as long as you don't hit any dramatic points or go there too much, you don't think there'll be an issue.

>Press onwards where Daiyousei told you Insectvania lies.

You head into the Forest of Magic. ...The forest seems quiet, but you really should know better. Likely, the insects are sizing you up as you think. You start to navigate via the trees, the best way to remain hidden. You move towards THE INSECT'S LAND.

And then you get there, after the parser realizes there is really nothing you could do from this post. It apologizes for this folly.

Really, to call you current location a town would be a folly. Currently, the bugs have complete unrivaled control of the forest of magic. You think this probably has something to do with the large number of bug youkai generated sometime after THE INCIDENT. You'd likely be right, most of the bug youkai are weak and should not be capable of maintaining a humanoid form like they do. However, due to the intervention of their LEADER, The Bug Youkai outnumber most of the forces in Gensokyo and even some of the forces put together.

However, you're currently at the highest concentration of bug youkai in the forest, generally the closest thing you could call the home location. A good number of varyingly well-made houses are here, as well as the 'Palace'. Which is little more than a fort. You don't see any sign of Cirno, but there are a lot of bug youkai around here.

You insted opt to stay near the creek, like some great mixup had occured. You search for any good cause for the pollution, but you really can't see anything that would be causing it. Though, if it was something that could be found by circling the lake and nearby area, you think the fairies would probably have found it...

You try to use logic to solve the mystery of the polluted lake. Unsuprisingly you end up confusing yourself. Besides, the SDM lake seems to be fed by an underwater source. ...Maybe thats a clue, now that you think of it.

I couldn't be any more blatant on the fact shes alive now, could I?

You decide for now, you may want to try and find WRIGGLE. As such, you head towards the 'Palace' of the insects. You're not sure if you want to force your way through or try and ask nicely for a way in.

>None of that pausing here, shes not a maid now is she?

You're currently moderately skilled in stealth, moderately skilled in Black Magicks, minorly skilled in shikigami control, and minorly skilled in clawed combat.

Unfortunately, You have no idea about the catness scale! Its a shame Patchy is dead, you're sure you'd be a dead ringer for a perfect score.

> Ask nicely to Wriggle, Unnecessary violence would make us no better than HER

You decide to ask nicely, and calmly attempt to walk through the area towards the fort. The insects watch you. You reach the fort and the pair of praying mantis bug youkai that are on guard. You proceed to ask nicely if you can see Wriggle. They respond she has a guest, but they'll ask her because you asked so nicely. Apparently asking nice does work some times.

After THE INCIDENT, there were huge gaps in the balance of Gensokyo. The timing couldn't be any worse, as everyone began fighting for territory. Youkai everywhere began flooding to control places, and everyone was fighting. The first place to get an actual stability was the Forest of Magic. Wriggle apparently had decided to step up, and quickly managed to take out any contenders to rule the Forest. Except for a few fairies, everyone was pushed out by the bug youkai. Wriggle was apparently crowned Queen or something, as thats what all the bug youkai refer to her as.

As you enter the FORT, you notice Wriggle and Cirno are both eating at a very large table with a lot of food on it. Both are talking happily and enjoying themselves. Apparently, Daiyousei was just worried about nothing.

You feel like you came to an anti-climax. Wriggle notices and beckons you in to join. ...You're rather hungry, to be honest.

>If that is not possible, learn CAT DIPLOMACY.

You are not a Sleuth! And you're not sure how you'd learn diplomacy out of nowhere, anyway.

> Join Wriggle and Cirno.

> And also the Insect palace.

You decide screw it your hungry, you're eating some food. You take a seat at the table with Wriggle and Cirno. You're not sure how Wriggle found some of this food, but god damn the table is packed. You begin partaking in some DELICIOUS FISH.

You mention to Cirno about Daiyousei worrying about her. She chuckles and waves it off while biting into some meat. Wriggle explains for her since shes still stuffing her face. "We get together every now and then without telling Daiyousei, she usually feeds something about fighting a dragon everytime she comes back. Usually, Daiyousei is just happy shes back."

You examine the two closer through your meal. Cirno really seems to have as you expected, not changed at all. ...Well, No, now that you think of it, she does seem a bit taller... moreso than the average fairy. Thats kind of odd. Otherwise, she looks about the same as always.

Wriggle has changed incredibly though. You have to wonder who else is as tall as her, really, its kind of astounding. She in general, just looks far older than before, and you doubt she could pass as a boy naturally anymore. She still probably would refuse to wear a skirt or anything, really, shes wearing a business suit of sorts. You wonder if it came from outside.

The insect palace is kind of small really, besides a few rooms behind this big open space, theres not really anything else here. You wonder if wriggle actually lives elsewhere.

> Greet Wriggle.
> Ask if she has any knowledge of the status of the other areas of Gensokyo.
> Vow to find out the reason why the Demon's contract hasn't dissipated.
> Vow to check the basement at your next visit to the SDM.

You realize you haven't properly greeted Wriggle and do so. You ofcourse receive a greeting back from both of them. You decide to break into the conversation kind of businessly, the two seemed like they were done with their chat for the moment anyway.

Wriggle nods. "Of course, You can't go anywhere an insect can't... most of the time, People've started to take measures about any scouts I send. I still have a lot of knowledge about whats going on, Though.

You add the quest: Demon ain't goin home.

You decide you should probably check that basement, if Demon doesn't get in your way. There has to be something there.

You don't need to ask about the Eientei crew. She thought it'd be funny if they went back to space, so, Eientei, Kaguya, and Eirin are probably still somewhere up in space, floating about. Actually, You're not sure about Reisen, but you're certain Tewi is leading the Bamboo Forest Youkai. You have a feeling Reisen is probably dead from that alone.

The less you talk about that damned village, the better.

Instead, You really have to wonder what happened to Rumia. You ask Wriggle if she knows, she shakes her head. "We've still found no sign of her, I can't imagine why Yukari would've wanted to kill her though..."

You ponder. Really you don't get it, Rumia was never a strong youkai, sure, bit you can't tell for the life of you why she wouldn't atleast get involved in territory claiming. She should have SOME trace, unless she like, completely vanished...

You eat a bit more, before thanking Wriggle and Cirno for their time. You apologize for having to leave so quickly, but only Cirno seems a bit confused. Wriggle knows staying in the forest probably isn't too smart for you.

You head back to the lake and wave Daiyousei down. You tell her that Cirno is discussing important business, and is fine. She seems to buy it.

"Thank god. I don't know what we'd do if she was in trouble, without her we're defenseless.. I don't know how we can possibly thank you."

...she probably thinks it was something not as simple as it was, but thanks is always welcome.

>Ponder the survival rate of the Youkai Mountain crew (including the Akis/Hina/Nitori)
>Ponder the survival rate of the Underground group

You really wonder why you're pondering all these things you know!

Well, Actually, Given the fact the Tengu went completely apeshit after the Incident and closed off the entire mountain, you really have to wonder whos still there.

You never knew much about Makai anyway.

But the underground is obvious. Utsuho exploded. You really really doubt anyone other than her survived that.

Checking the mountain wouldn't be too smart in itself. Despite the fact You're not on anyone's side, the tengu got privacy hyper really fast. You probably wouldn't get too far.

You're not sure why you'd ever expect her to try and mess with the Yama. Shes crazy, but not crazy enough to think messing with death ever ends well. Eiki couldn't touch her anyway.

You're not sure about Aya. She certainly didn't post an 'Apocalypse Now' Bunbunmaru edition, and hasn't been anywhere or even printed a single newspaper since then, but she certainly didn't mention killing the tengu.

You wonder why you even bothered to think that. Everythings too screwed up to fix.

You're not sure how long you've had this dress, but it is certainly showing its wear.

Its a box, as a hat. Simple as that.

A box that has to have SOME use.

A pentagram used to contain familiars, while it seems cruel, its actually the equivalent of a 5 star hotel in there.
>Broken Shards
Belonging to various objects, You're not really sure what you could use these for. Weaponry? Decoration?
