You instead opt to ask her how long shes been here. For some reason, you can't accurately grasp how long... You do get around since THE INCIDENT, so its all good.

>"Oh well, you tried, and that's the important part." Try to give a brave smile. But...so disappointed. We almost had a friend...

You thank her for trying, and try to put on a brave smile. Somehow, you think even the delusional Demon can see through it...

> Ask parser for clarification, this didn't really make sense to this voice.
> We can make a contract with THE ROC and cancel it at the end of the day, that way we'd have a friend for a bit and there would be no beatings.
> Perkily pick up the pentagram again.

>Uhhh, I'm about as confused as you are mate. It comes out as something like 'CAN'T LET YOU DO THAT STAR CHEN' or '*#%$^#$' or other assorted messes. I think somethings broken...

>Could this be done, to our knowledge, without leaving a trace that SHE could find?
>Can you just cancel a familiar, or does it bond too deeply for that sort of thing?

You suddenly start to consider a new line of thought. A familiar isn't the sort of almost irreversible deep bound as a shikigami, most times, and past today for a while, you won't have need of them. You could just cancel the contract and let it stew for a bit, flush out the magic a bit, and it should be impossible for her to find it out. You perk up and explain your solution to Demon, and retake the pentagram. Demon nods, acknowledging your KITTY CLEVERNESS.

> Asses sexuality

>Hey, Hey, Hey! Thats digging a bit deep now, isn't it?!

> Ask Demon for status on the other SDM residents and what happened the day the mansion was attacked.
> Contemplate bringing Yukari to her knees for this.

...You decide to ask Demon about the other SDM residents. You get pretty much what you expected. Remilia, Sakuya, and Meiling are assuredly dead. You already knew the maids at the lake were still alive, they're fairies after all, you'd have to try really hard to kill them.

> Gonna be a smidge difficult, but this voice is up for it.
> We'll need - if the rumours of the Shrine Maiden being dead are true - to re-establish a new Hakurei Shrine Maiden, for a start.
> Also we'll need to check for Yuyuko, see where she's at in all this.

You contemplate bringing sweet justice to HER for real this time. You like this idea. Alot. You acknowledge it'll be hard. She did completely kill everyone influential in Gensokyo.

You decide you may need a new Hakurei Shrine Maiden established. If nothing else, the Gensokyo Border has been getting weak lately. You imagine the shopkeeper is having a ball with that. Regardless, seeing as Reimu was too young to have kids, finding someone to carry on her work'll be tough.

Quest Added: A Shiny New Miko.

You'll have to talk to Yuyuko, too. If anything else, you don't think she could've agreed with what Yukari did.

>Your current Quests are:

>Get this thing out of me!
You've a familiar in you that is, among other things, keeping you humanoid. If you get it out, you might be able to shapeshift between Humanoid and Kitty.

>Cutting your hair for the first time, for dummies.
You want to cut your hair yourself. You need something to cut with, and a reflective surface.

>Haunted Vampire's Mansion, What a Redundancy!
You found Demon is still in the SDM. You don't know what else there could be too it.

>Saving Private Cirno.
Cirno probably got herself in a fight or something with insects. You should probably help her.

>A Shiny New Miko
You think the Hakurei Shrine could use a new shrine maiden. You may want to have her be shiny or not, though.

> Check sanity rating

>Templates like that are forbidden.

> CHANGE LAST NAME TO HAKUREI

It'd never be that easy.

You decide to ask Demon about the familliar inside you. She huhms and crosses her arms, before shrugging.

"I honest don't know what to do... You'd have to ask Mistress or someone else knowledgable in the field."

You don't want to ever see that cowbitch again. Besides, If she could undo everything bad thats ever happened, she'd have no troubles.

Unfortunately, You don't know who Flandre is! This however probably means shes alive, however it ALSO probably means she is alive.

>Did the faerie say anything about the basement? Like "DON'T GO IN THE BASEMENT OH GOD". If given a warning like that, ask about it.

You recall the Maid didn't really have much to say about the basement, except it'd probably be best to avoid it. You took it as something Remilia told the fairies because she hid shinies there, but you have to wonder. You ask Demon about it.

"...I can't actually talk about that, not without Mistress' permission."

Her tone is visibly serious. This is an unprecedentedly serious affair.

> Ask permission to browse through the library

>if we are allowed, Brush up on some Magic.

>Speaking of, What kind of BLACK MAGICKS do we know again?

You try to remember what you know of Black Magick, But you really can't recall much! You remember it involved a great deal of moving very fast and switching places, but that alone doesn't do much outside of the spellcard system.

You contemplate asking to browse through the library, but you really don't think you could handle all that knowledge! Besides, it'd be really rather boring.

"Okay! Don't be gone too long though, Mistress'll be back soon, and I'm sure she'll want to see you when she does!"

You feel a slight twang on your heartstrings. You can't help it.

You head back towards the Lake once you're sure you've nothing else to say.

You pass through, the fairys take notice and buzz about. You wonder if you should make Demon's day abit easier and tell them not to go there...

You contemplate use of the familiar. You could choose to tie the bond to an OBJECT in your posession, but if you lost the object or it was broken, You'd have to start from scratch, if you still had the familiar near by. You'd not have to worry about residue de familiar as much that way. So long as you don't do a 'full' contract such as Demon's, you won't have to worry about problems removing the contract or hiding the familiar. You're less likely for such crazyness to happen as well, but in general Demon's case is very odd.

You could use the pentagram as an object. It'd certainly be fitting, given. It'd probably be easier to use if you ever wanted to swap to a more fitting object, But with all the space you have free, you don't know why you'd need to.

You head aways from the fairy lake and begin to work on setting the contract with THE ROC. It doesn't take too long, and you don't see why you'd need to describe it, but its all setup. THE ROC will come will you call, and you can't stop THE ROC.
