Ok, loli rape I can understand. The second part is I think where oftentimes the unspoken line gets crossed, because I think it's hard for people to consider what they're doing 'sexual objectification', or that it's bad when it's two friends messing around. Especially when it's something as simple as *Moerin molests Nobu~* or something along those lines. If it's even this sort of thing that you want to root out, then I think you need to make that clear that those sorts of teasing amongst friends isn't allowed either. :<

I have no particular personal problem when it's done among friends. The general problem is that some people might see it and think it inappropriate, and others might see it, think it's okay and start running around doing it willy-nilly and eventually freaking someone out. In addition, going "only friends can do this" smacks of elitism, similar to what you called me out on during the "e we" debacle when I listed a whole bunch of people allowed to use it and told everyone else to sod off.
If the people want to force an "everyone or no one" choice then it's not a choice at all and "no one" will be the rule, hands down.
