I forgot to ask to be an Embodiment. Maybe add me for 21 Embodiments, 3 for each stage and Extra and Phantasm share the same Embodiments. I was the one who came up with the Embodiment idea I should be one.

Stage 1 - 3
Stage 2 - 2+1
Stage 3 - 2+1
Stage 4 - 3+1
Stage 5 - 2+2
Stage 6 - 2+2
Extra Stage - 3
Phantasm Stage - 3

Another go at Embodiment distribution. Even though using three for each stage would be fine, Stage 1, EX and PH have 3 unique embodiments, and Stage 4 has four. The others have 2 uniques, plus some from the stage before it: the ones that show up in the latter stage will be tougher to spawn in the former (as far as randomizing goes). This means 3 Embodiments in each early stage and four in each later stage, with crossovers and increasing difficulty as the game progresses.

Of course we could just go with three per; I don't really care. It's just if anyone wants to appear in more than one stage.

Yes I am continuing with music. I haven't had as many strokes of awesome, but things are sowly getting done.

I think a few different people should work on it; we have a few photoshoppers but each seems to have a particular style, and a harmony would work better than just having one person do it.

Since the Touhou games' border frame are somewhat themed after the last boss (Look at that black wing for SA), it should relate back to Rin Satsuki or The Forgotten One somehow. Or since the game has IE, it could be about idiots, I dunno. :V

hmm

well the colors for the cover thingymabob should fit the mood of the game. like SA had a darker theme, it had a dark-feeling cover, while UFO had clouds and all that happy stuff.

i want to say something like gray, but limiting to that really doesn't allow for very much expression.

Yeah, we need to figure out the setting and 'panorama' of the story (Stage 1-6) to get a better understanding of what we want. EX and Phantasm could always take place in God-knows-where.

While you guys were arguing about the colors, I found stencils and pictures and shit that would look super nice.

An erhu. This could be stenciled and made into the primary image. Here's another one.
Rough-looking sheet music of Sai Ma , a popular erhu song in China. This might give the same impression the Prismriver's background gave.
I also found a bunch of usable photoshop brushes. As in, A HOLY FUCKTON yes it is a unit of measurement.

Hmmm, I don't think that the sheet music would fit on the frames, personally, as it does not apply to the whole game, so maybe we can use that as one of Theorin's Spell Card background. The (first) erhu and the brushes would look nice on the border, though, with the addition of 東方意地奴 for 'Touhou Ijiyatsu.'

Now to add some colors to it.
