Okay, so, this recently started happening today, and I'm really not sure what's causing it.
Basically, whenever I run Danmakufu, the FPS always displays 60.00 on the bottom right. Even if the game lags, or speeds up, it always displays 60 FPS.
This also happens with any other kind of Danmakufu now (Fangames, etc.), so I'm imagining it's a problem with my PC. But even so, I still don't understand why it's happening. Any help?
EDIT: Should be noted that the official Touhou games don't have this problem.
