Kind of reviving The Grimoire of Marisa Translation and Analysis thread.

Since in the end no one else did it, some time ago I've edited the raws by putting on them translation found at http://touhou.wikia.com/wiki/The_Grimoire_of_Marisa.
Let me know if you'll find some typos or weird sentences and I'll try to update the book as soon as possible.
